Jump to Recipe
November is here, which means it’s officially time to bust out the crockpot! And one of my favorite recipes to make this time of year is chicken taco chili.
It’s one of those easy, throw-everything-in-the-crockpot meals that makes dinner so much easier. You get all the delicious flavors of tacos in a warm, hearty bowl of chili. It’s perfect for chilly evenings, busy days, or anytime you want a comforting meal without spending the evening in the kitchen.
I love crockpot recipes because they do most of the work for you, and this one is always worth making. Let it cook, shred the chicken, give everything a good stir, and dinner is ready!
Serve it with your favorite toppings and let everyone make their bowl their own. It’s an easy family dinner that I find myself coming back to all fall and winter long.
If you’re looking for a simple, comforting crockpot meal to add to your dinner rotation, give this chicken taco chili a try!
